Bring on that spring feeling with Italian classics at Pastini. Try a few of our seasonal favorites and rejoice in simple ingredients perfectly brought together for recipes so much greater than the sum of their parts.
Take Capellini Pomodoro, with crushed plum tomatoes and diced fresh roma tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and parmesan. It’s bright and balanced, and even better when you add roasted chicken.

Or our Caprese salad, another homage to the humble tomato, a traditional antipasti with fresh mozzarella, roma and sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, Kalamata olives, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. (Hint: order this with a glass of Di Leonardo Pinot Grigio, a nice foil with its touch of acidity.)

Linguini with Basil Pesto is a must-try on our menu, with scratch made pesto (of course) and topped with parmesan. It’s filling and delicious on its own, but feel free to peruse our additions menu – maybe add crumbled Italian sausage or roasted chicken?
