Since we first opened our doors in 2001, Pastini has been committed to this core concept: making great food from scratch. And we believe the secret to our success is all in the sauce. From classic marinara and basil pesto to hearty Bolognese, from creamy alfredo to Caesar dressing with just the right balance. Every day, we make all our sauces (and dressings!) in house from fresh, quality ingredients to bring you the best, most flavorful dishes we can. No central kitchen or jarred ingredients. It’s a lot of work! But it’s the reason we serve delicious bowls of pasta you can’t get anywhere else.
Along with our local partners, like Classic Foods who makes our fresh pastas and produce from Willamette Valley growers like Calcagno Farms and Yamhill Mushrooms, we’re proud to serve locally grown ingredients in our recipes whenever available.
