For the third year in a row, Pastini is proud to partner with an incredible local non-profit organization, Returning Veterans Project, for their annual Chow Down for Vets event. RVP supports post-9/11 war zone veterans in Oregon and SW Washington by offering free-of-charge health services, including mental health care. They believe in delivering on a collective responsibility to offer support and healing for both long-term and short-term repercussions of war zone services on vets and their families.
To do our part in helping those in our community this Veterans Day, Saturday, November 11th, Pastini will be donating a percentage of every check to the Returning Veterans Project.
We’ll also be offering a free entrée to every current service member and veteran on Veterans Day, along with a big ‘thank you!’ from all of us at Pastini. Just mention to your server that you’re a vet or a current service member to receive your free entrée.
If you would like to get involved with RVP and help a post-9/11 war zone vet and their family for only $50 a year, please visit their website at http://www.returningveterans.org/ for more information.
Pastini invites you to join us for lunch or dinner at any of our restaurants the Portland Metro Area, Corvallis, Bend or Eugene for this worthwhile cause. Dine in at your local Pastini or take your meal to go… all sales will count towards our donation to the RVP.
Thank you for helping us to support this important cause.
