We take great pride in showcasing local wines from Oregon and Washington, in addition to wines from across the pond in Italy. This Oregon Wine Month, we are excited to share our new, expanded wine list with all of you. We are also hosting a very special sweepstakes that will have our wine lovers crossing their fingers to win! To learn more about this awesome contest, click here.
To strengthen our list of Northwest wines, we have added new whites and reds from all around the state — reaching beyond the Willamette Valley, to the Rogue and Umpqua Valleys in Oregon — providing an array of varietals and styles for you to try alongside your next Pastini meal. We’ve also introduced new wines from Washington, including our first rosé, and added a stunning Rosso Salento to our already strong list of Italian reds.
Represented on our list are some of the most well-known names in northwest winemaking, like Sokol Blosser and King Estate, whose Chardonnay is worthy of its many accolades. Owen Roe and Andrew Rich also made the list, with wonderful reds and celebrated Pinot Noir, respectively. Looking for something on the cutting edge? Try the Cabernet from rockstar winemaker Charles Smith in Washington state, who produces under his K Vintners label.
Thinking outside the Pinot Noir box, some of our favorite new wines hail from Rogue Valley’s Abacela winery, like their delicious and crisp white Albariño and gorgeous Tempranillo. If you’re looking for a summer sipper that pairs wonderfully with evenings on our patio, we recommend the Rosé by Barnard Griffin or juicy Pinot Gris from A to Z Wineworks.
Of course we will still have customer favorites like La Quercia Montepulciano, Sharecropper’s Pinot Noir and Di Lenardo Pinot Grigio, as well as our own sustainably grown Pastini Bianco and Rosso house wines. At $8 – $10 a glass, and bottles mostly in the $35-or-under range, our thoughtfully curated list of exceptional vintages also boasts a great value!
Join us soon for a glass.
Cheers!
