We are so excited to let you in on a project we’ve been working on for over a year.  Pastini has partnered with two distinguished Italian winemakers to produce both a white and a red wine under our very own label!  Crafted from grapes grown in small, family-owned vineyards, these are accessible, easy-drinking wines to be enjoyed every day with your favorite Pastini pastas.

And at $6.25 a glass or $23 a bottle, they are a great everyday value.

The Pastini Bianco is a white wine from the rustic Le Marche region on the Adriatic coast of Italy.   It is made by fifth generation producer Maurizio Marchetti from 100% Verdicchio grapes that are picked by hand and sustainably-farmed.  Lovely tropical fruit aromas lead to crisp pear and mineral notes.  The wine is dry and lively with a refreshing finish, perfect with light cream-based pastas and virtually all antipasto dishes.

Our Pastini Rosso is hand-crafted by Tuscan winemaker Antonio Sanguineti, a light red perfect with any pasta on our menu.  It hails from the Chianti district in Tuscany, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni.  Very similar to Chianti, the wine is primarily Sangiovese, so it exhibits delicious cherry fruit with a hint of engaging earthiness, and a smooth finish.  Consistent with a long tradition of earth-friendly farming, the grapes are organically grown and picked by hand.  Antonio, who grew up making Chianti with his father, made this wine with his own family’s everyday table in mind!
