Last year Pastini donated $20,392.58 through our Pasta-thon fundraisers for local schools.  We hold them at four Pastini Pastarias, NW 23rd, SE Division, Bend and Corvallis.  Here’s how it works: choose a location and e-mail us to set a date on a Monday & Tuesday…Pastini will provide e-mail flyers and printed posters for your event.  Then tell everyone you know to eat at that Pastini during pasta-thon, and mention your school.  We’ll send you a check for 20% of whatever your supporters spend.

All Bundled Up for Winter

Attention ravioli aficionados! For our new mid-winter pasta special we are reprising a wonderful ravioli dish, Ravioli Rustici.   It is a classic cold weather pasta, with rich flavors and tummy-warming goodness that reflect the rustic pastas of the Italian countryside.  We start with our plump cheese ravioli and add crumbled Italian sausage, caramelized onions, red and yellow peppers, a bit of diced tomato and just a little butter.  We think you will love it.

Ravioli Rustici joins our other winter Pasta Special, Spaghetti alla Puttanesca.  This traditional Southern Italian pasta is full of the bright flavors of the south: lots of fresh tomato, garlic, kalamata olives, capers, chili flakes, a touch of anchovy and feta cheese.   Your taste buds will be dancing!
